The Hero

Let me tell you a story, one of fortune and glory a tale of dark and light and the never ending fight

The gods have finally spoken, a plan is set in motion, destiny is unfolding, darkness is descending as power leads to greed and the evil begins to feed

The final seal is broken, the gates are now wide open, a great evil has awoken devoid of all emotion the light is slowly fading you must find your power, once frozen. To push back the corruption and stop it from its consumption

The battle has begun, your song has been sung now the time to fight is here its time to face the fear and shred through them with your spear before they take everything you hold dear

The corruption is spreading the evil is growing yet you fight on in desperation your fatigue
begins to grow and you movements start to slow but suddenly you see a star shining bright in the sea of night and it envelops you in its warming light

As the battle comes to an end and my wounds begin to mend I look back and see the faces of my friends who’s lives are now over and gone the emptiness rings like a gong the anger and sorrow fuel me as I deal the final blow finally putting an end to this show

The Silence

god has abandoned his throne and now we’re forever alone in this world of silence and stone any little hope left has flown as I sit here alone

The end is near as everyone slowly disappears letting the silence and fear take everything i hold dear

My life is falling down around me as the hopelessness surrounds me none is there to help meee through this pain and misery

My soul has taken flight into the night now it is gone and the emptiness rings like a gong I just wanted friends but I was wrong because deep down I knew I never belonged

my love ,once a beautiful flower has now begun to wither my heart is frozen my soul is gone and my life is burning in ashes and cinders

My light is fading misery is raining down from above drowning me in darkness forever and always

once upon a time there was a heart so full of love like a flying dove yet it was fragile more than glass

the slightest touch shattered it on the grass because all things good never last
